A Long and Expensive Poo Joke

For this work Harrie Liveart examined the privy waste management on the island of Kuninkaansaari in front of Helsinki, and the newly built wastewater system on the Vallisaari island right next to it. The wastewater system was built to facilitate the needs of the growing number of visitors expected to arrive due to the Helsinki Biennial. A docufictional performance was created based on the research findings and is documented in the form of a book.
